OUR STORY
With a mixed up history of immigrants, entrepreneurs, exiles, food, love, and a lot of hard work; Clasica Victoria is the result of a passion carried down by generations. Established in 1996 by Victoria Galindez, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Following the family tradition, started by her grandmother; she is the third generation of culinary creators, taking care of each family recipe as the best kept secret and sharing her culinary knowledge in every product.
Clasica Victoria has evolved from a traditional bakery & patisserie to what is known today, a brand caracterized by it’s freshness and use of pure ingredients and simple recipes. Offering baked goods, pastries, their famous cakes, and a wide variety of European style dishes ranging from omelettes, and breakfast delights to casual sandwiches and gourmet salads. Most recently Victoria took a step further in shearing her culinary history and taste by adding a market section in her store, with a selection of cheeses, garneshes, cure meats and more, making emphasis on the importance of the essential luxury of food, simple things, and quality ingredients.
